Matthew Kennedy is a Program Manager at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and has over 16 years of IT experience at various federal agencies including: Department of Defense components (Active Duty, Civilian and Contractor), The National Cancer Institute and US Treasury. He has served in several roles: Software Developer, Professor, Program Manager, Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Associate Director of Engineering. Matt is currently an adjunct faculty member at the University of Maryland University College and holds various degrees and certifications including a PhD in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Auburn University.
