Sinead is a high-energy experienced executive spanning a twenty-year career in the software industry. She has been fortunate to have worked in a variety of roles from management consulting in both the U.S. and Europe to leading countless large-scale complex enterprise software deployments impacting global audiences. Sinad's early career was primarily technical. Over the years whilst witnessing the lack of support for the "people" side of transformations, she chose to dedicate her career to understanding, leading, inspiring and supporting the many thousands of people impacted by often overly complicated and minimally "people focused" organizational transformations.
