Abstract: Mob Programming is a software development approach where the whole team works on the same thing, at the same time, in the same space, and at the same computer. At first glance, this would appear to be a very daunting activity for an introvert. As an introvert and Mob Programmer myself, I have discovered that it is a very enjoyable and rewarding exercise, with a few challenges that were easy to overcome.
